Guild rename help

The guild rename FAQ is out of date, there is no create a ticket button anymore in help, no drop down for premium services as stated in the FAQ. Does anyone know how you can rename a guild now?

I renamed my guild back in June by submitting a general ticket and making the request that way. Might take a bit longer to come to the top of the pile, but it got changed in about a week for me.
