heighten spell worth taking?

hey ya'll bit of a ddo mechanic/verbage/warlock question - The wiki states your eldritch blast is considered a 9th level spell - would heighten feat affect your spells which otherwise would be considered a max 6th level spell? as heighten states it raises the spell level to the highest level you can cast. you're technically casting (blasting) a 9th level spell? could this help the DC on things like tentacles and whatnot? don't want to spend the feat and have to swap it out if somone already knows.

Nope, heighten will only raise to a max of 6th

it'd help any of your spells and slas that aren't lv 6. I usually don't bother on my warlocks, but black tentacles is really the only spell with a DC I bother with.

If you have lower-level SLA's that you rely on (or spells, like on a Warlock) - take it, then swap out via Fred if/when you feel they are no longer useful.
