How powerful is Destruction on weapons.

In a different thread, I learned that stat damage got nerfed, so it wasn't as effective. Stuff like -1 to Constitution or Strength, ect.

I would assume Destruction still has value, dropping AC. So, I wonder if it is worth focusing on?

My specific situation is about daggers. I am a 16th lvl Rogue with most of my points in Assassin and VFK, so my daggers have tons of bonuses and the Critical multipliers.
And I am 100% offhand TWF.

I have been fortunate to get named items (also farmed the crap out of some stuff) so I have a variety of weapons to chose from.

My destruction question is should I double up on 2 destruction weapons?

I main hand Slice.
Phlebotomizing
Heartseeker IV
Exceptional Seeker +3
Destruction
+5 Enhancement Bonus

Off hand, if destruction is powerful, I could double up with my Feywild Dagger.

But I hate to give up the Vampirism effect on my Macabre Dagger. It's nice to be constantly adding hit points.

But I also Recently got Moonslice, which has nice stats, and is Vorpal.

I also have the Barovian Dagger, which I dropped a Ruby of Good into, for fighting undead and such.

I am lucky have these choices, I just don't know what is best pairing, as I move into higher levels.

Which 2 would you choose?

Destruction is mainly good for bosses, as it also reduces fortification, letting critical hits go through. It's nice to have, but not worth building around.

Destruction is only useful against tough bosses, as regular mobs will die before they get much reduction.
