How to claim vip loyalty reward?

I already got my potion, my dlord, my quests. Why does it still say I have an award? This is different from year of the dragon maybe?

There is no spot I can find that says GO Here for VIP Reward.

You could also ask -why not add a button next to each reward as VIP. Maybe VIP++ will add that option for an extra $1. I'd buy it

Probably part of the SSG+ program that will bundle all your SSG game VIP programs.
