Interactions & Options cog issue

I can't view enemies any more (since the last update). Anyone else getting this or did I miss something?

Just logged in to check, it is working for me.

EDIT: Do you get the Examine choice, or not even that much?

did you do epic? as the quests and mobs and rare dont activate till you enter via the elevator portal, made that mistake when i did heroic and forgot about it till late epic

I am getting a "grayed out" cog on the focus orb also. Selecting myself then a mob changes it back to "active" status.

Havn't been able to tell why it happens. Or why I am getting residual images of previous targets in the focus orb.

Sometimes it just shows a close up of mob feet...

Yes. I checked and I have the same thing. Swapping back to self then back to mob works but is obviously not very practical.
