invisible captain of bling cosmetic hat on every login

sorry if i'm posting with a fake bug report number. (edit: now it is reported and i edited in a proper bug report number)

i don't know where the bug is or maybe if it's only for some races\sex. i did no report....yet.


the cosmetic hat captain of bling, when you log in is not visualized, and take it off and back on does not work, you have to shuffle the helm icon on the paper doll.

i've seen it on male halfling and female human. anyone knows more? was it already reported? it's just me or it is a long standing issue?

Confirmed.

It's not just when you first log in, it's even when you equip it. It won't show until you cycle the helmet visibility option.

also, when you shuffle the helm icon on the paperdoll, the goggles won't show on your character. yeah there's something really wrong with that cosmetic
