For bonus to any wildshape we have Bone Paws from Aspect of the Wild Hunt that gives peircing damage bypass and +1[w].
Then there is druidic stoneshape and druidic survival mastery which both can be found on Helm of the Hunter.
These gives bonus to prr or damage based on half the number of wilderness lore feats you have.
This is essentially half of your druid plus ranger levels.
There is also Legendary Thorn Boots with +1 damage per 4 wildernes lore feats you have without any requirements to being in wild shape.
Then there is the Dethek Runestone shield which gives +2[w] but only while in animal form.
