Jidz Tek-ta bracers

Up to what level should I be wearing these? They apparently have some mysterious untyped benefits, and I have other bracers with some good enhancements.

I basically never wear them, they are really only good in fire stance and most monks are wisdom based. I just wear fey bracers.

The benefits aren't mysterious. Fire stance for the healing amp is a huge benefit during leveling especially if you're soloing. Unless you're making the perfected version at level 30, there are more optimal choices for end-game bracers.
