Missing an enhancement point after TR'ing

Per the post title, I TR'd back into my 18 DL 1 Monk 1 Warlock. I'm now level 20, and I'm missing one enhancement point. I've quadruple-checked my trees and I'm one enhancement point short compared to my previous life. I've previously purchased all ultimate editions of expansions (minus Underdark), and tried requesting the tomes from the ones that gave them but the NPC's say I've used them already. I have all completionist feats as well. It's hard to pinpoint where the point is missing from, but I'm sitting at 97 points and have had 98.

If you're not at 16 racial AP then you'll need to go thru you character sheet to see if you've got a +2 racial tome and all 14 (x3) racial past lives correctly.

Thank you for the information. I looked through as directed, and it seems the character sheet is only showing a +1 racial tome now, as opposed to what I've had for ages. I submitted a ticket so hopefully this gets fixed sometime soon.
