More info on PDK/Druid/Cleric HC build

I had read a while back someone raving about their PDK 1 Fighter/5 Druid/14 Cleric build for Hardcore. I'm curious if anyone here has a sense of what this build looks like. I know it's not much to go on but I figured I'd ask!

i'm guessing it's animal form (allowing tier 5 druid enhancements), 1 fighter level for cheap haste boost, 14 cleric for holy sword from war domain.
