No Veteran Status or 32 pt build on other servers

Is this normal? Could have sworn the description says any server.

I tried to make a character on Orien, and it didn't recognize veteran or 32 pt build status.

I put a ticket in days ago, and it went just as unanswered as every other ticket I have put in.

Appreciate a reply.

AFAIK, the only things that are universal across all servers are anything you buy from the DDO Store or DDO Market.

The versions of those bought for points in the store are accountwide. Those unlocks from favor are per server only.

I bought Veteran status from the Store and it works. Good news is once you unlock per server, via Favor, it's done. For that Server.

Sucks that SSG Support couldn't be bothered to reply. Sign of the Times?
