Since the implementation of the new store, there is no clear way to change payment methods.
The help/KB articles on how to do it all point to the old store method that no longer works (right clicking user name in upper corner)
There is no clear way to do this.
I'm not going to randomly try to buy things to see if it lets me change the method when I do not want the current billing method charged any more since they just overdrew an account renewing my VIP account and I had to move money into that account to cover it. I want to change the payment method to something else.
Why did you get rid of the clear and easy way to do this? It should be absolutely easy and intuitive for players to manage their own payment methods without having to do it in the initiation of a purchase.
I have a help ticket in as well, but this is ludicrous.
