off hand dual wield question

Currently on my dual wield ranger guy i am using twin *thirteens* is there any benefit to this? i have an epic duelists epee from saltmarsh..would that make more sense?

Need more info on your build, level plan with the weapons, etc. Thirteen is a level 16 sword so that means you are not using sentience which is a big flag.

You want an epic weapon in your mainhand with sentience buffs.

Its actually extremely detrimental to wield dual bastard swords...they only have strikethrough when they're wielded two-handed, and as one-handed weapons they're worse than longsword or scimitar or battleaxe

If you're dual wielding, you probably should switch to dual Oathblades at 20, make one Sentient and start feeding it, and swap Bsword proficiency for Knight's Training if you can (or squeeze KT in somewhere else)
