Optimal Set Bonuses for Ranged Characters

I have Warforged12A/6DH/2Rog and have been toying with gear since this new stuff came out and I have alot of runes to toss in the abyss if needed. This is what I came up with for BIS and wondering if anyone can find a better tetris than this, as I am not conviced this is optimal for DPS. By the way its a racial life and I understand Gnome or Deep Gnome would be ideal. Also I am not a caster and strictly ranged damage, with 21 Imbue Dice, Shirardi 35/Machrotechnic 23/Shadowdancer 16. Only really use rune arms for the extra imbue damage (rarely charge).

Legendary Forbidden Knowledge (Std Profane Bonus Set - Legendary Study Spectacles, Legendary Wristbound Register, The Shadow Flight, Legendary Bladesworn Bandolier, Legendary Blademark Amulet) This provides me with +14 Int, Eversight, +13 Con, +6 Ins Int, +3 Quality Int, +11%, Enh Ghostly, +Qual Refelx, Insightful Armor Pierce +57 Repair Amp/+17 Ins PRR, +8 PRR +38 Qual Fort, +48 Vitality and +48 Profane Life (only focusing on main stats) +Set Bonus Profane +30 PRR, +3 Stats, +4 Att/Dmg, +15 Range Power, +25 USP, +3 Spell DCs. Overall the set bonus (+2 Stats) and overall item bonuses in the set are better than Leg Dread Isle Curse Profane Set, but lose the Dino Bone Crafting bonuses from ring.)

Legendary Devils' Infernal Dance (Artifact Set Bonus - Legendary Campion's Helm, Legendary Bulwark Docent, Legendary Archers' Cloak provides me with +11 Deadly, +22 Accuracy, +22% Armor Pierce, +14 Seeker, +36 PRR, +153% Fort, FoM, +5 Qual Accuracy, +3 Qual Deadly, +10% Armor Pierce, +5% Doubleshot +Set Bonus Artifact +3 Stats, +15% Doubleshot, +30% Fort Bypass, +15 Range Power) Again over the item stats and set bonuses are superior to dino dread stalker except trade 15% Artifact Helpless and +3 Sneak Attack Die for +3 Stats and +30% Fort Bypass. I can pick the SA die back up or the +15% helpless although but hard to fit both with 2 more set bonuses. And lose the ability to add dino crafting to armor, but not a big deal as the only real loss is +2 SA Die and +3% Profane Doubleshot

Legendary Vulkoor's Chosen (Artifact Set Bonus - Legendary Gem of Many Facets, Legendary Spectral Gloves gives me (crafted on trinket +14% Dodge, +21 Repair Lore, +73 Ins Reconstruction), +13 Dex, +11 Deception + Artifact Set Bonus +30 Poison Resist, +3 Sneak Die, +3 Saving Throws.)

Non-Set Rings = Legendary Celestial Amethyst Ring gives me +13 Wisdom, Greater Auto Repair, +27 Ins Repair Amp and Bound Elemental Ring of Lightning gives me Magnetism +148 (for imbue dmg boost) and electric strike.

Non-Set Quiver give me Burning 1d8 and Blunted Ammunition.

Dino Weapon
Attuned Heavy Repeater (maxing Range Power with Fillagrees and in Artifact as well)
Icescale - Cold Iron
Meltfang - Evil + Acid DoT
Iridescent Claw: Repair +149 Reconstruction
Melthorn - Dust (prefer over tar/ooze)

Things I have covered with Augments:
+2 Festive Int, +3 Action Boosts, Spot +19, Search +19, Open Locks +19, Disable +19, +5 Ins Wisdom, Resistance +11, Deathblock, Feather Fall, Swiftness +15%, +5Ins Con, +2 Profane Stat Bonus (Litany), +1 Exc Stat Bonus (True Globe), +8 Doubleshot, Greater Heroism, False Life +54, Admantine + Destruction (Deconstructor), Feareater

Major things I am missing:
+15% Artifact Helpless Bonus
+3 Artifact Imbue Die (not going to get to 28 anyway who cares)
+7 Ins Seeker
+7 Ins Deception
+7 Ins CON
+3 Quality CON
Ins Dealy is Covered by KtA
Improved Deception (most items dont even work anymore anyways)
+9 Ins Spot/Search/Disable/Open Lock (not really needed except for Spot/Search for auto detect occasionally)
+7% Ins Dodge

I am thinking I could add another set if I drop one of my rings (likely Amethyst as I have no other source for magnetism) I have GoMF with Vulkoors Chosen +Legendary Desert's Starless Nights and go for Artifact Set Bonus would give me Alignment Absorb +22%, Improved Demonic Shield + Artifact Set Bonus +15% Helpless at a cost of either Greater Auto Repair, Ins Repair Amp +27 OR Mangnetism +148 and Lightning Strike. Not sure its a good trade either way.

WF so using Docent, but I did take Mithral (Light) for improved evasion to work (rogue + upgrade from SD).

Yes staying heavy repeater as not getting the free threat range from Gnome/Deep Gnome. I actually opted for tier 5 DWS over the crit multiplier but after some testing going to switch back to tier 5 BE for the crit threat range as the Doubleshot on a repeater isn’t worth the trade from t5 DWS vs t5 BE. I only went DH for extra imbue dmg. I know DS makes a lot more sense on light repeater/gnome.
