nUber is a transition based guild.

We are all about helping with the learning curve from solo/group play to end game play and raids. If you like the game and play a lot (you will need to be a consistent player to get the past lives and reaper points needed to contribute in end game), we would love to help you get there.

Not hard to understand, we go in on normal, walk through each step so people know what's going on. Most of the time we complete as there are a few end game players who like to help but even if we don't we teach each step needed to complete.

everyone is welcome to join a Spug raid. If you tell us you are new and like to know we will explain. Same for (higher) reaper in my or Yurikus groups.
Some guilds will guide and help out even if you are not a member.
Platinum Dragons do some farming run for horses and the like. There are regular Abbot runs scheduled for quivers.
Even Ronko hosts a pug raid group on Wednesdays. I am sure he will explain if you ask him, too.
And for people who like to chill and watch videos there are some great tutorials on youtube for reaper in general and every raid.
