Premium Account TR problem

I have a level 17 toon I am trying to do a lesser tr on, but everytime I have it done and hit create, I get can not create. I have 30 character slots of which I only have 29 toons, so it can't be because I don't have the slots for it. Any help, suggestions, whatever would be appreciated.

Did you change classes around using +x? What's your class splits? I know it sometimes fails because someone makes a choice that doesn't work with their alignment, like a warlock taking the wrong pact type.

Thank you for the quick reply I will make sure it is the right pack as it is a Warlock.
