problems with connecting

Was just playing, could not logout. Quit, tried to log back in, stuck on Loading New Game Data with 0.01 kb/s connectivity.

What the heck is that?

yeah game is busted atm. i'm in the same boat. couldn't access bank, couldn't log out. i thought uh oh...

i quit and now i'm perma cleaning up old connection
