Question on repeating heavy xbow

Is there any class that can gain access to repeating heavy xbow on character creation?

To add to that. If you choose a Half-Elf, you can use the dilettante feat at first level (choose artificer) and that will give you proficiency with all xbows.

Or any full BAB class that wants to use a feat slot for the Exotic Weapon Proficiency (BAB 1 required).

Depending on the long-term build, you can start out with this and then re-spec to something else (for free, via Fred) if/when your build gets natural access to hvy x-bows, so you're not "using" a feat slot by end build.

Well technically anyone can access them, you just suffer 20% miss chance and can only fire one shot per attack cycle...

Actually now I wonder...since it treats repeaters like regular crossbows when you arent proficient, can an Inquisitive use a RXB for DXB? Almost all Inquis are /2 Arti, so they're proficient...

"It" specifically says "light or heavy crossbows" - which are not repeaters.
