Ravenloft - DM voice triggering incorrectly

Here is an easy one to start off the new bug discussion forum.

In the quest "An invitation to Dinner", when you enter the balcony overlooking the torture chamber, the DM describes the accountants room. "Man sitting at a desk... etc"

This is not a game breaking issue.

There's several places in the castle where the DM triggers incorrectly.
I regularly get the description of the room full of cats when I run up to the barred doors of the chapel.

Ah yes that is in "Raven at the Door". There is also the dialog regarding the to witches after the cat room that is triggered when in the room with the bath.

If I had to guess I would say it is the Z axis for the triggers as both of those are on the next floor up.
