Open your bank, you should see it there. You'll see personal storage, shared storage, and TR cache all right next to each other. If you don't see one, try moving the windows around to see if it's being covered by one of the others.

Yes. The easiest bank for you to reach is in Keep on the Borderlands, and you can get transport to the Keep and then back to Korthos as needed.

Also, there's nothing wrong with skipping the Korthos storyline second time through and returning if you want to run the quests after getting your good gear and ship buffs

If you're on HC definitely skip for ship buffs and then come back. Big difference in survivability for some builds early on.

You will not have a reincarnation cache unless you have a heroic/racial/iconic past life done.
