Returning user, what's the best source to find groups for raids?

Hello, I'm returning after taking a 6+ year hiatus and am curious if there are any good resources people have to find groups for raids (discord, etc...). I'm mostly exploring what was considered endgame 10 years ago (The Shroud) and am wondering if there is still a persistent population conducting raids on this server or are raids sparingly done now just on the weekends?
