Because DDO does not have Shar as an option (evil) we have to get creative.
To recreate Shar we will use 3 things: Death Domain, Blood of Vol, and Half Elf Warlock dilettante.
Yes DDO has Trickery domain, which is canon for Shadowheart in BG3 but in DDO trickery is not very good,
Death Domain means we get immunity to energy drain at lvl 9 which is great for Hardcore.
You could also (no spoilers for BG3) make your Shadowheart blonde and be a Cleric of Selune.
For that you could select Light domain and sovereign host and stick with warlock dilettante, but that's up to you.

Disclaimer: I haven't played BG3 yet and I've tried to avoid spoilers so I don't know much about Shadowheart apart from the basics (i.e., half-elf cleric of Shar). But would Dark Apostate be appropriate? Especially for hardcore: having undead immunities from level 3 on is a bigger deal on HC than live IMO.

Seeing so many points in Feydark Illusionist makes me think of an Enchantment+Illusion-specced build as the best(?) crowd-control cleric: Trickery SLAs, Greater Color Spray, etc. And while Enchantment-spec Trickery cleric is not the best, it does have some synergies with the spells which Dark Apostate enhances (i.e., Bane, Prayer, Bless).

I guess the theory behind going full Warpriest is the extra 30% health, haste, blur and some defences (and T5 Divine Intervention)? The DD route would bag you more spells/SLAs, more spell power, and two additional MCL (just a thought). I always liked Death domain (and clerics!) with the energy drain immunity, one of the best single target heroic SLAs, destruction SLA and lots of Necromancy DCs. But I think the mighty unbongwah may have hit the nail on the head opting for Dark Apostate; more immunities, +2 WIS/CON, etc. Shield Mastery route is nice for extra cleric class health. But there is very little synergy in the build and it is a flavour approach to Hardcore, certainly with a focus on health. I have a few thoughts:
- i would always opt to take Wellspring of Power if going Draconic Incarnation (extra mana, more damage)
- as a flavour thing (Shar), I think short swords would be a better fit than daggers (but qstaffs/bswords are best for casters, again imho)
- Shar is about deceit and darkness, so none of the domains correctly ties up with the theme, so imho you could choose any of them - i dont see why sun domain must be good aligned personally (for example)
- Shar's symbol looks like a black star so you could always think about Magus ED instead
- Dark Apostate would seem to have a more appropriate feel for a Shar worshipper

I think its interesting that you have taken inspiration from another D&D inspired world and create hardcore builds with the themed characters; not easy I guess. GL.
