shard exchange- vanishing items?

I had 9 things come off auction at the shard exchange, an hour later and they are still not in my mail. This is on Orien.

strange thing is, there were 10 items all came off at the same time within a few minuters of each other, 1 item did come back, the other 9 are still MIA
