some issues on HC today, cannot open most things

many people not able to open bank, sell, loot chests, auction etc. can't log off..
I've had the bank and shared bank open on my screen multiple times after leaving bank in tavern, halls, etc on screen after, not sure what is up.. lol..

Characters not able to log out, getting stuck in game when quitting the game. Getting stuck at "Cleaning up old connection" when trying to log back in. Was able to get to character select at one point, and when trying to log in got the error "Character is still being saved".
