Spell Points?

If a Rogue multi-classes into a caster class for just one level will they get spell points to access something like Conjure Bolts?

You can just equip an item with wizardry on it to get spell points.

yes, also you get 20sp for each past life from sorc/fvs/alc

Could take take 1 level of artificer.

Lore, Great crossbow, Repeating heavy crossbow, Repeating light crossbow
- gets you 50 starter sp and 2 spells ( i usually take conjure bolts and mass cure light wounds throwable potion)

Instead of multi-classing can also look at the 495 point DDO store purchase of the Inquisitive enhancement tree conjure bolts is a T1 enhancement (use wizardry item for sp load up stacks standing on boat/in tavern or other mana regen area)

Then by level 3 go to Flame Arrow Scrolls/wands that can summon a 500 stack of flame bolts(no sp required).

Conjure Bolts is a pretty cheap scroll, no SP needed. Also, Guild Buffs or a Wizardry item will get you some SP for Enhancements like Know the Angles, etc.

I remember when this wasn't a thing lol. Back when if you weren't a spellcaster, you couldn't gain spell points.
