The star fragment frame feels depreciated, within one update the majority of the items are mediocre stats, and just feels lame for something from the stars and not at all nebulous and worth the crusade to get together.
I think it should have an additional use, that would make it otherworldy and desireable for all, so how about:
- Let it be used to open a crafting window ( with Lahar), where you can place ANY artifact, ( with additional star fragments for flavour) and it crafts a slightly better artifact that has an additional augment slot, possibly a new type slot, Star Augment that can take ANY colour augment. ... or even a colourless slot would be nice ..
