Store Delivery Issue: Monday, October 16th

Some items purchased in the DDO Store from a period that began this morning until about 12:30pm Eastern today failed to deliver, and we are working to correct this issue. Current purchases in the DDO Store are now delivering, but purchases made during the issue window have not yet been delivered. We will let you know when we have more information.

Impacted purchases should now all be delivered, if anyone has an outstanding issue send in a ticket to Account Support.

Correction: Impacted purchases have had their DDO Point cost refunded.

Do you mean _being_ delivered? Because my timer still isnt delivered. I already have support ticket in but no response.
