Have a Premium account and wanted to get VIP access as well as content I previously didnt have. The Store will not accept any form of payment. I have contacted the Card Company, PayPal, and topped off my Steam wallet, and found no issues with anything on my side. Submitted Ticket and nothing has been done now for three days! Anyone have contact with support, please ask them to check their tickets. Also does anyone have a phone number to the company? Thank you so very much in advance. Just want to play fully before I die.
