There are some very expensive, and some very useless effects in this tree.
Two of the worst offenders:
Mithral Fluidity: Increases the maximum dexterity bonus and reduces the armor check penalty of your mithral body plating by 1/2/3.
(wiki says 1ap/rank, in game says 2ap per rank)
The problem is the non-scaling 5 max dex bonus of mithral body, which will never be competitive with end game light armour's typical MDB of 20.
Possible solution - change the ranks to be +5 MDB/1ap/rank. This takes MDB of docents up to 20 with full ranks, parity with fleshie armours (and at the opportunity cost of spending AP + the feat)
Warforged Resolve: (Cooldown: 3 minutes). Action Boost: You gain temporary hit points equal to your repair skill. If you are below half health, you gain a +2 bonus to all saving throws while these temporary hit points last.
This is essentially useless in modern DDO. Even in LN a player would lose the temporary hp & buff in a single hit. For a racial t4 this is embarrassingly bad.
Possible solution - change this to a toggle a la Sacred Defender's Last Stand & mimic the effects except use repair skill to add to unconsciousness range.
Possible solution 2 - Change this to quality HP%, or even better a WF only HP% channel.
