Tempest Capstone

Let me continue to beat the dead-horse that is the Tempest capstone. Bring back the 25% off-hand DS. No reason they shouldn't have it.

Considering many things that are in the game for years that have not been nerfed (and thus must be considered working as intended) this would be far from over-powered.

With the long outage over this weekend I've had much time to contemplate the state of the game.

I believe restoring the tempest capstone is appropriate recompense for the down time.

I don't know about that but they won't be able to prove it was you since you're a ninja and a spy.

But yes, please. a reworking of trees, like AA which was the original Imbue tree and now gets less Imbue dice than multiple other trees.

Ok, they did get 1 AoE attack, but it kinda sucks.
