The link to download the preview server is down hard, You click it, it comes up for a sec then drops.

Anti-virus and other security measures tends to stop downloads from just clicking it. Right click and save as the file and it should work. That said, lam isn't currently running, so other than prepping the install for the next time lam is up, there's no immediate need to install.
