The Shadow Flight and The Mocking Passage Abilities Swapped

It seems like the quality ability enhancement for these two items (from U61 Vecna Unleashed) were swapped, the other enhancements for these items seem to be designed for The Shadow Flight to be quality dexterity, and for The Mocking Passage to be quality intelligence. The other four minor artifact boots have quality ability enhancements that match their other abilities, lending credibility to my observation.
