Thirteen drop rates.

I have played "the hand and the eyes" on elite a dozen times. I spend shards to reroll the max number of times everytime. I have multiple copies of the other named drops but never the sword "thirteen". Bad luck? Or did they change the drop rate?

I've gotten it multiple times; RNG is RNG like that. Bring 5x others to pass and really up those odds.

I got mine on my first run, the day that pack became available. Have ran through it quite a few times since, and have never seen it again.
