It is well known that requiring regular password resets makes accounts *less* secure. And even if it did increase security, requiring it for bug reports is ridiculous.
Also, you want as few hurdles in the way of people submitting bugs as possible. It's already a hassle to submit a bug. If you want good feedback, don't make it harder to do so.

Last I knew, you don't need to create an account to create a bug report ticket, just to get back in to view the status of the ticket - which really doesn't matter as "SOLVED" doesn't mean it's solved just that QA looked at it and tacked it onto the ever expanding technical debt that'll not likely ever see any attention...

If you use the website to report a bug you need a different account from your game account. It's not the same.
