Too many times?

Standard): <redacted> tried to share the quest The Warehouse District but you have completed this quest too many times.

Since when you can't share a quest with another party's member if that member has already done it? Is this something new? I didn't have the quest pending of getting the reward neither already in progress. Not much of a deal in this particular one since the quest giver is next to the entrance but is now the button "share" useless?

What quest were you trying to run? I ask because "The warehouse district" is not the name of any quest in the game. My guess is that you tried to share one of the "quests" that tracks where you are in a chain rather than the actual quest.
