Turn off resurrection timers after quest completion

After a quest has been completed, resurrection timers (raid/reaper) should be turned off.

Na, that is something different. I rememeber Baba in the first days. Group wiped and tried a Hail Mary with a group jibbers. It worked but we all died before someone could loot. And here is the kicker, there is no shrine at the end of Baba to resurrect. So a Mass Resurrection would be too much and might be even abused.
Just cancel the timer after 10 seconds or so after completion.
