U67 quests Heroic Elite drop rates bugged once more

Once again, after the bugged Vecna Unleashed heroic elite drop rates, and the Catastrophe bugged heroic elite drop rates, the new U67 quests suffer from the same bug, where the chance to get a named item on heroic elite is not 33% by any means; more like 10%.

I encourage anyone to gather heroic elite data to dispute this (any heroic N/H/R data should be exluded, as should legendary; those are working as intended). edit: it's been confirmed via game files, no sense disputing it

Until then, awaiting a long-expected fix.

Curious what game files are player-accessible that reveal the drop rates. I would imagine that's all server-side to prevent players from hacking it...

I have a very strong suspicion that the Slice of Life (Fred's quest to be exact) drop rate on HE is still very much bugged, despite the claim that it was fixed in the patch notes. Will gather more data. If you do any runs on HE, feel free to chime in with number of chest opens vs number of named pulls.

Edit: 2 weeks later now, I am happy to admit I was wrong. All seems good.
