Unable to cancel my sub

I just got charged for another month through steam and it wasn't supposed to do that, it was supposed to only be for one month. And when i go to the website account to try and cancel my account it doesnt give me a cancel sub option. How do i cancel my subscription?

I'm getting the error message of "Failed to cancel the Enrollment" when I try via the account website.

Found it in-game and that worked. Really bad when they change the methods to cancel and don't have any info on the account page other than it failing.

Open store. Where your account name is, use that drop down menu. Acount>Subscription tab>cancel subscription.

I got that same error too, i was able to cancel it through steam but i never had to do that before. It was always just one month at a time. Thanks for the info about the store!

Lol I have broken vip. Can’t play the game for a month now but I’ve been charged for two months vip. Account says I have no vip and store says I do but I can’t select anything in store lol
