Voice Chat

Hi - I had voice chat enabled as indicated by the green icon. Everyone in the party could hear me but I couldn't hear anyone despite being able to hear the game sounds. Is there some sort of mute or something for the other players I may have had on? I can't figure it out. Thanks

There is a separate volume control for voice chat.
Escape - Options - Audio - scroll almost all way down to bottom - check default group volume - check voice volume and check voice playback device.
