I don't really know if this a "bug" or more a systematic aspect of how the game engine handles queuing of things. After running a bunch of back to back warlock lives, I've routinely noticed where I'll be done killing stuff, have stopped left-mouse blast attacking for a few seconds, and press a hotkey to cast featherfall (or healing spell/etc.) to proc temp HP, and rather than the spell casting correctly, it'll fire off a warlock blast attack instead. I assume this behavior occurs with other casters too, but it's really easy to notice the blast being shot off into the distance (vs a weapon swing or whatever else might be mis-queued when trying to do a cast). It doesn't happen every time, but once I made mental note of it happening then I began noticing it a bunch.
