Where do the new augments come from?

Those new augments released with the chrono raid update,does anyone have any idea where they come from?

I've been wondering this too. Haven't seen an answer yet. All the other set augments in DDO are crunchable from named loot but seems like that may not be the case here as you'd think someone would have confirmed by now. My guess is they are super rare drops in the legendary end chest, maybe someone else can confirm?

My guess is they weren't added in with u64 and maybe we'll see them with u65 this week.

Only if they break tradition of all other set augments being made from old raid loot. It seems more likely that they just didn't add it in yet to the crafting panel.
