Will 2 Leg. Earth and Sky give both set bonuses?

as title: Will two of these--The Legendary Earth and Sky--give both set bonuses? Obviously the melee power will not stack. Was planning on Sky set but realized I could get 30 artifact PRR with one item, hence my interest.

It should yes, just like 2 of the same ring from sora kell set contribute to the 3 piece there.

Would think it is fine working that way since you are essentially giving up a ring slot for just the set bonus.
