Windows 11 Killing Launcher

So I re-installed DDO and got it running and it worked great for a few days. Now Windows 11 has a pop-up window asking if I want to allow DDO to make changes to my HD. I click yes, and DDO launcher disappears. How do I fix this?

That seems to work, but I would prefer to get Windows to always do that. If this was Win10 I would know how to do that, but II can't seem to get that done in Win11.

Nevermind, I think I solved the issue. I had to find the launcher .exe in the game file and change the properties. Thank you for your help, this is twice you helped me.
