Are you searching the store on a character who's at heroic level? That could be the reason it's not showing up for you.

Inherent problems you ask? Items disappearing into the void when you tr, loss of character daya, and ssg refusing to take steps to provide data restoration/back up for everyone even though they've made special exceptions in the past.
