Is there going to be the usual Anniversary event in House P with the ( Upgraded) Party Crashers quest next to the Djinn in House P and if so when will it start?? Cool Thanks for the info I saw on the wiki usually starts between 22 and 28th so was hoping sooner so more time to do it lol

Yes, this will be happening; I believe it's supposed to start with the release of Update 66 on February 28th.

Just to put it here as well: Yes, the Anniversary Event returns next week. Assuming Update 66 goes out on Wednesday it'll arrive on Wednesday. We'll have downtime and notes and such next week.
