Bug delivery store item

Hey everyone!
I just bought the Tome of Destiny +1 (DREAD)

and wasnt delivered in my inventory.

It's a bug or something?

Anyone knows how to refund or what to do?

Try logging out and back in, check your email for a receipt of your purchase to confirm you actually bought it, check your inventory extensively, and if all of thse fail then press Escape > Help > Submit a ticket.

Logged in and out, nothing. No email receipt, but it's in purchase history. Astral shards don't go into inventory.

I went about five or six days without being able to access the store. Put a ticket in and it finally got resolved. I agree there is definite hiccups happening with the DDO store.

Update from Cordovan:
Some items purchased in the DDO Store from a period that began this morning until about 12:30pm Eastern today failed to deliver, and we are working to correct this issue. Current purchases in the DDO Store are now delivering, but purchases made during the issue window have not yet been delivered. We will let you know when we have more information.

today i bought also for 150 coins a jeweler kit tool and nowhere in inventory too... i dont see receipt in mail but in ddo store is in the purchase history list
