I was running Irestone Inlet and suddenly became uncentered and burdened. I dumped a few items, but as I fought mobs, I became burdened again without picking anything else up. Any thoughts on this?

Were you being hit by Ray of Enfeeblement during those times?

Also, do you have auto-target on? And accidentally getting close to those explosive barrels picked them up?
