Client keeps crashing to desktop from first splash screen

Hello, I logged on earlier this afternoon to collect my daily bonuses, and now, for the last couple of hours, every time that I load the game, just after the first DDO splash screen appears, before characters are loaded, the game client keeps crashing to the desktop. I've rebooted the PC, checked my network connection, run it as administrator, and nothing works. I log in daily, several times a day, so nothing should be wrong with my game files. What should I do to fix this? I'm wondering if maybe my graphics settings got changed or something, and it may be causing the client to crash. If so, how do I check my graphics settings without the game being loaded?

A bunch of things you can check here. https://forums.ddo.com/index.php?th...-as-crowdsourced-by-many-players-advice.1666/ Might want to start with your anti-virus (step 23 shows Malwarebytes was recently causing people issues) to make it sure it isn't causing issues.

You can manually edit the userpreferences.ini file in your documents>DDO folder for those (be sure to back it up)

I had something similar to this happen when update 66 dropped. In the end what worked for me was just doing a fresh install
