Direct X on Windows 11

Anyone know how to get Direct X 10 and 11 on Windows 11?

After *MASSIVE* headaches with my ISP, getting a new ISP, upgrading the equipment out here etc, I finally got DDO re-downloaded and - I'm stuck in low resolution because I have Direct X 12 on Windows 11. I can't even find the files for Direct X 10 or 11 to download them. The Hardware selector in the Graphics tab is completey greyed out.

HELP...

PS... Why can't we use Direct X 12 on DDO?

Where should I install the files?

Should just able to download https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109 Extract the files to a folder (like on your desktop); open the folder and run the installer. Reboot. Then delete the folder and orginal file.

The drop down to select hardware and resolution is still greyed out...

The other one to try is to check this setting in your launcher settings.

Manually set it to your video card.

And if that doesn't work, I'm not certain. Those are the typical fixes. I know some people have done other tweaks to get things working but I personally don't know them so hopefully someone else chimes in with advice.
