I'd say this is a critical mission for marketing to address. Perhaps even at the top of the list.
"How do we accept money from our customers who want to give it to us?!"
How is it fiscally responsible to make it difficult for people to purchase the product? And while you are at it, people have asked for GIFT CARDS and the ability to gift players in game for ages.
Wouldn't fiscally responsible decisions mean increasing revenue streams?
